The Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Projects will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and completion while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Compensation: 1 - 1.5 LPM

Responsibilities

  • Making project estimation and billing
  • Handling site visit and site status updation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
  • Manage project finances and prepare financial reports.
  • Lead project teams, delegate tasks, and foster teamwork.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience.

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Architect to lead the creative design process for corporate office spaces. The ideal candidate will combine innovative interior concepts with functional design to create workplaces that inspire productivity, align with brand identity, and enhance employee experience. This role demands expertise in space planning, sustainable design practices, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in delivering exceptional projects.

Compensation upto 1L

Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative design concepts for corporate office spaces that balance aesthetics, functionality, and brand alignment.
  • Stay updated on design trends and workplace innovations to integrate cutting-edge solutions into projects.
  • Lead design workshops and brainstorming sessions with clients and internal teams. Ensure client requirement is met through project design.
  • Assess client needs and translate business requirements into efficient spatial layouts.
  • Create design solutions that maximize space utilization while fostering collaboration, flexibility, and employee well-being.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience.
  • Bachelor’s in Architect
  • Atleast 5projects in office space (project scale above – 20,000 sq. Feet).
  • Optional – Atleast 2 project above 1L sq. feet or Interior high value residential projects can be considered.
  • Must have creative interior skills.

Compensation 18k - 30k

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process project billing accurately and on time.
  • Review project costs and financial data to ensure billing accuracy.
  • Maintain billing records and documentation.
  • Work with project managers and clients to resolve billing issues.
  • Generate billing reports and track project financial status.
  • Reconcile accounts and project budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

  • 3-6 years of experience.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil.
  • Experience in Interior domain or structural projects
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software.
  • Strong knowledge of billing processes and cost management.

Compensation 15k

Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize, and store company and project documents.
  • Keep track of document versions and updates.
  • Make sure documents are accurate and follow company standards.
  • Share documents with the right people at the right time.
  • Help teams use the document system properly.
  • Keep documents safe, backed up, and easy to find.
  • Support audits by providing requested documents

  • Familiar with MS office, Excel.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Safety Officer to support our Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) team in maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

  • Negotiate terms and contracts with suppliers.
  • Coordinate with project and site teams to understand material needs.
  • Track orders to ensure timely delivery and avoid delays.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in interiors.
  • Good knowledge of sourcing and negotiation techniques.
