The Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Projects will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and completion while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Compensation: 1 - 1.5 LPM

Responsibilities

  • Making project estimation and billing
  • Handling site visit and site status updation.

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead lead-generation initiatives and drive sustainable growth for Touchstone Infrastructure Solutions.

You'll work both in an office and on-site, depending on the job. Some travel might be needed.

Responsibilities

  • Create and carry out a lead generation plan to support business growth and hit revenue goals.
  • Find and focus on new business opportunities using research, networking, and partnerships.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads for Touchstone Infrastructure Solutions.
  • Work with marketing teams on campaigns and events to attract and generate leads.
  • Talk with potential clients to understand their needs, offer solutions, and close deals that match company goals.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to assist in the design, planning, and execution

Compensation 20k per month

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the senior architect in the design and planning of interior projects.
  • Prepare construction documents with the help of AUTOCAD.
  • Conducting site assessment to gather necessary data for project design.
  • Prepare and modify architectural documents, Elevations, GFCs and Bill of quantities as required.
  • Ensure client requirement is met through project coordination.
  • Stay informed about the industry trends, materials and construction techniques.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Architect.

We are seeking an experienced MEP Manager to lead cost planning, vendor coordination, and technical evaluation of MEP packages across projects.

Responsibilities

  • Understanding of BOQ with Site Requirements.
  • Collect the Costing from three different vendor for Electrical, HVAC, Networking, Security system
  • Collect the costing for Packages Wise Supplier Price from OEM.
  • Collect the costing check with OEM Price & negotiate for Receiving Vendor Quotes.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate cost planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineer.

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Project Architect to lead the design and execution of corporate office interior projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative design concepts for corporate office spaces that balance aesthetics, functionality, and brand alignment.
  • Undertake a design project from concept to completion.
  • Understand clients' needs and developing design concepts in consultation with the client and establishing final briefs.
  • Creating mood boards, furniture layouts, design development, reviewing drawings, site coordination and MEP Coordination.
  • Responsible to create BOQ with specification as per the client, site and design Requirements.
  • Responsible for selection of material palette and furniture considering the technical and functional aspects of every material and cost as per agreed budget.
  • Work with 3D designers to create visuals for the clients.
  • Document and convey design solutions to the design and construction team to ensure proper execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Architect
  • Must have creative interior skills.
  • Excellent English communication.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Ms excel, Photoshop, SketchUp, Ilustrator or other design programs.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Tenders Executive to support our civil and interior projects through end-to-end tender management. The role involves reviewing tender documents, preparing accurate estimates and submissions, coordinating with consultants, PMCs, clients, and internal teams, and ensuring complete documentation and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage tenders for civil and interior projects.
  • Study tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
  • Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and tender submissions.
  • Handle document control, including maintaining records, submissions, and approvals.
  • Coordinate with consultants, PMC, clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Assist in tender evaluation, comparison statements, and reports.
  • Support contract award and handover to project teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
  • 2-4 years of Experience
  • Experience in tendering and documentation for civil and/or interior projects.
  • Experience working in a consultant or PMC role.
