Responsibilities
- Create and carry out a lead generation plan to support business growth and hit revenue goals.
- Find and focus on new business opportunities using research, networking, and partnerships.

- Creating mood boards, furniture layouts, design development, reviewing drawings, site coordination and MEP Coordination.
- Responsible to create BOQ with specification as per the client, site and design Requirements.
- Responsible for selection of material palette and furniture considering the technical and functional aspects of every material and cost as per agreed budget.
- Work with 3D designers to create visuals for the clients.
- Document and convey design solutions to the design and construction team to ensure proper execution.
