  1. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop creative design concepts.
  2. Plan and optimize interior spaces considering functionality, safety, and regulations.
  3. Select materials, finishes, and furnishings in line with design concepts and quality standards.
  4. Produce detailed architectural drawings and documentation for construction and permits.
  5. Manage projects, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely and successful execution.


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
  • 5+ experience in interior architecture with a diverse portfolio.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, strong networking skills, and the ability to understand client needs and provide innovative solutions.

A Collection Executive is responsible for managing and ensuring timely payments from customers who have outstanding balances. This role involves communicating with customers, understanding their financial situations, and implementing strategies to recover overdue payments.
