The Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Projects will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and completion while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Compensation: 1 - 1.5 LPM

Responsibilities

  • Making project estimation and billing
  • Handling site visit and site status updation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
  • Manage project finances and prepare financial reports.
  • Lead project teams, delegate tasks, and foster teamwork.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience.
  • Bachelor’s/ Diploma degree in Civil or related field.
  • Experience in handling projects individually.
  • Experience in Interior, corporate and turnkey projects.

Responsibilities

  • Keep an eye on project progress and flag any problems.

  • Help coordinate the work happening on-site.
  • Visit sites to see how things are going and make sure they’re done right.

  • Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawings
  • Checking quantities take off as per GFC drawings.
  • Attention to drawings and BOQ details and high levels of accuracy.
  • Understanding of Interior project regulations and standards.
  • Calculate quantities of materials for projects.
  • Interacting with Clients and Architects regarding Design, Drawings and specs of the materials used.
  • Coordination with all Inter departments/ Project Team / Architects.
  • Should know basic specification of Various works, Materials and Unit of Measurements and it’s conversions.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/ Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
  • 1-3 Years of experience
  • Hands on experience in AutoCad and Excel – Mandatory

The Costing Engineer is responsible for analyzing project costs, preparing cost estimates, and ensuring that expenditures align with budgetary constraints.

Compensation: 20 - 27k per Month

Responsibilities

  • Understanding of BOQ with Site Requirements.
  • Collect the Costing from three different vendors for C&I systems.
  • Collect the costing check with OEM Price & negotiate for Receiving Vendor Quotes.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate cost planning.
  • Collect the costing for Packages Wise Supplier Price from OEM.

  • Diploma or bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
  • 2-4 Years of Experience
